What documents should I upload with my application?
A resume is recommended (PDF or Word). Include contact information, relevant experience, certifications/licenses (e.g., valid driver’s license), and your availability.
Tip: Avoid placing your name and contact info only in headers/footers—some systems don’t parse those correctly.
Do I need prior experience?
Entry-level roles often do not require prior parking experience but may require strong customer service skills. Some roles (e.g., supervisory or specialized) may require prior experience.
Are there age or licensing requirements?
- Many roles require you to be 18+.
- Valet/Driver roles require you to have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of two years.

Timelines vary by role and location. Many roles move quickly; others require additional steps. If you haven’t heard back within 1–2 weeks, your application is likely still under review.
What determines whether I’m selected for an interview?
Skills and experience match, availability, licensing/eligibility requirements, and role fit. Meeting minimum requirements doesn’t guarantee an interview.
What can I expect in an interview?
Interviews may be virtual or in person. Be prepared to discuss your customer service experience, reliability, and availability.
You may receive behavioral or situational questions – for example:
- “How would you help a guest who parked in the wrong spot?”

How should I prepare for an interview?
- Review the job posting and site requirements.
- Ensure you have a quiet space and a stable internet connection for virtual interviews.
- For in-person interviews, ensure you arrive on time or a few minutes early to the interview location.
- Be ready to provide work history, license information (if applicable), and work availability.
When will I hear back after the interview?
Typically within a week, but timing can vary by location/client needs.
What happens if I receive an offer?
You’ll get an offer letter via email with the terms of employment. You’ll complete onboarding tasks online such as background check consent, I-9 verification, tax forms, and benefits enrollment (if eligible).
If offered employment, when do I start?
After onboarding is complete, you’ll receive instructions about your start date, reporting site, uniform (if applicable), and training. Your manager will provide this information, so please defer to them for details.
