This indoor garage is located on the right side of East 75th Street, between Park Avenue and Madison Avenue. Look for a black sign above the entrance that reads “Welcome” in white lettering and a red and white arrow on either side.
How to Redeem
Monthly Parking Information
This is for new parkers only. Do not purchase if you have already purchase. After you complete your purchase, please bring your ParkChirp pass to the garage. You will have to fill out the Propark future billing application. If you have any trouble getting to the garage office, please email elsy.mercado@propark.com with details of your purchase. Your initial monthly payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Proration is available on a bi-monthly basis. If you purchase monthly parking after the 15th of the month, the prorated charge will be applied to your second month’s payment. All invoices will be sent by Propark starting in month 2. Cancellation requires 30 days notice. No pick-up trucks allowed.
