Ali, has previously been nominated but having not been selected he ABSOLUTELY has earned another recommendation! Ali excels at his customer service skills and works extremely hard to ensure that both our client and customers at the Liberty Hotel always receive excellent care. I frequently use Ali as an example of going above and beyond from a customer service standpoint.
We have a relatively new GM at the Liberty Hotel who began right before the 2020 Holiday break and have been very focused on ensuring that our services are up to his expectations. In that time, we have gone from reduced activity brought on by Covid with Ali working part time to save the client on costs, to a fully occupied Hotel with 90%+ occupancy levels. During that time Ali and his team have worked tirelessly to ensure that coverage and service levels were exactly what was needed. Ali also fills in at the front desk working directly for the hotel to check in guests as needed and has become an integral part of our leadership team and the hotels. We have since been told by our client that he was concerned when he first came to the Liberty because he had had a negative experience in another region with Propark. He went on to say that he is extremely happy with our efforts, focus, and results -none of this would have been possible without Ali’s hard work and attention to detail!
I had the pleasure of working directly with Ali and his team on New Years Eve as we parked cars and greeted guests. The hotel was extremely busy, and everything went off flawlessly. Ali I am proud to work alongside you and look forward to many more years of us growing the region together.-
