Angel has been with Propark since we took over operations at DoubleTree from Reef. Angel was the existing Account Manager when Propark took over, but our client (the hotel GM) insisted that we keep Angel. Since coming on with Angel, we have seen him excel in all the tasks given to him. He has worked diligently with his team and his leaders to increase revenue and decrease labor expenses. Angel loves his team, his hotel, his client, his guests, and what he does. He brings passion and enthusiasm every day and that emanates to his team. Whether it’s through multiple hurricanes threatening the operation, or pop-up groups of 2,500 people, Angel is there to roll up his sleeves, get the job done, provide amazing service, all with a big smile on his face. He is hungry to learn and grow and is always looking for ways to make himself, his team, and his operation better.
