I am writing to recommend Angelo Grech as leader of the month for the tireless effort he has put in over the last year during this pandemic. As the account manager of a health care system parking and shuttle program Angelo and his team have been front line participants in the fight against COVID. Angelo has worked untold hours throughout the pandemic, planning out logistics, setting up drive through COVID testing centers in various parking lots in the area, providing staffing for whatever the need, and ordering supplies for the hospital to implement the necessary testing.

Most recently Angelo took point on cleaning and configuring a vacant leased store from Target to become a high volume vaccination center for Cambridge, Somerville, and Everett Hospitals. He is an integral part of the Cambridge Health Alliance -a recognized member of the organizations “Swab Squad” testing unit -and one of the most recognized faces in the health care system.

I recently toured the testing centers and the new vaccination center with Angelo and felt as if I was with the “Mayor” -as we walked down hospital corridors, health care workers literally opened their office doors to greet Angelo. At the testing centers it was much the same. It was evident that not only have Angelo and his team have done an amazing job -more importantly they are true partners with CHA and represent Propark in an amazing manner!
