Balmore has been managing the oversight of a high-end residential in West Hollywood were there are constant
changes. Move ins, penthouse events, TV show filming, on top of providing amazing daily service to those that live in
the building. Through it all Balmore has been a true leader teaching his team how to navigate the day over day
changes. This week his client emailed me the following and I think it says it all:

“I would like to nominate Balmore for an award if possible. As you know, with a new building, there a lot of
opportunities for mistakes to be made. Trust me, we’ve made some doozies, but we’re human. What defines us and
our character is how we address and learn from these mistakes.

Even when I’m at my most frustrated with a situation, Balmore’s calm nature, and respect that he gives me on a
continuous basis, is very much appreciated. I stack a lot of issues on to Balmore’s plate that he must address with his

Balmore has built an exceptional team and relationship with the client at 8899 Beverly since opening the location in
April 2021. He knew exactly the kind of work this location needed and is always constantly training his team to
improve and provide exceptional service. The client is Balmore’s biggest fan always raving how lucky and blessed he
was to receive a manager like him. He continues to impress out client every week with his attention to detail and
always taking initiative in fixing something before it becomes an issue. Balmore has shown explementary leadership
by constantly leading by example.
