Charles is a very consistent person in everything he does at his job. He always goes above and beyond for his senior riders. He is the most loved driver by all seniors in the City of Hilliard we serve. At any given time, they have some great things to say to our client about Charles’s service, care, and patience. He makes everyone’s shuttle experience very pleasant. In addition, Charles is an excellent team player. He steps in happily whenever help is needed. He exhibits professionalism at all times. We are glad to have him on our team.
