Over the course of this year our region has sent many denials and accepted very few claims. With that said every denial requires an abundance of time, attention to detail, and at times it’s hard not to be emotionally drained. Chris and the claims team always follow company practice, are willing to go above and beyond with weekend or after hour calls and do so with a positive attitude despite the amount of pressure on the other line. I don’t know if it’s a California thing but most of our denials seem to take that extra bit of attention and it does not go unappreciated or noticed. Attached you will find just one example of Chris calling a guest a 4th time to explain the denial. Mind you this is after taking a bit of verbal abuse from the other line. We can not do what we do to protect the company and our clients from risk costs without the extra time and attention put in by Chris and the claims team.
