Daniel took over as the manager of SpringHill Oceanside under very tough circumstances. Dealing with a brand-new GM with very high service expectations, Daniel quickly turned him from a skeptic of Propark into a big fan. Sitting with the GM one day in his office, he remarked to me, “Daniel is everything you guys said he would be.” He quickly built a team that thrives on service and an exceptional first and last impression. He has continued to impress with his initiative, whether it is coming up with “memorable moments” for guests or making a Power Point presentation for the hotel that explains what classifies as an “Oversized” vehicle. Its been a pleasure to watch Daniel grow in his role in just 3 months, and I can’t wait to see where he goes from here.

Daniel has been one of the greatest investments to the team here in the Southern California region. He has been nominated before for Rock Star of the month, an, now as a manager, he is being nominated as Leader of the Month. Daniel has single handedly changed the culture and client relation at SpringHill Suites. We were, at one point, about to lose SpringHill,  but after Daniel came in, he has exceeded the hotel’s expectations and flipped the place around. He is very hard working, and I am very happy to see him continue to succeed.
