Dee started with Propark in 2007 as an Administrative Manager working alongside marketing and operations drafting RFP responses and also managing contracts. Dee worked her way up through the organization as Corporate Director of Administration and now serves as Vice President of People and Business Resources. In her current role, Dee oversees all areas of People and Business Resources including Human Resources, Recruiting, Information Technology, Information Systems and Logistics with a focus on Employee Engagement.
Prior to Propark, Dee worked in the promotional marketing industry and also spent several years in back-end online retail support for local small businesses. Dee graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business and also holds a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial Thinking and Innovative Practices from Bay Path University.
Dee spends her spare time running her own small retail business and mentoring fellow entrepreneurs on small business start-ups.
