Diana took over as Account Manager of Kirby Grove at the end of February and has quickly made impactful changes that have been noticed by Property Manager, Ownership, and tenants of the building. Within the first two weeks of being on site, she implemented a change to correct an ongoing issue with the visitor parking area, fixing the problem within the first month of being onsite. After a tenant event, the tenant sent an email stating how much they valued Diana staying after her normal work hours to ensure things ran smoothly. Shortly after beginning at the location the Property Manager sent an email, telling us how awesome Diana is, that her personality, professionalism and knowledge was a set above!
