Eric has consistently delivered the best service and has elevated the standard of excellence. He regularly adjusts his schedule to help ensure the operation runs smoothly and helps build other team members professionally. He is a natural leader and has qualities that extend past the workplace. Besides working full-time as a valet, he also manages security for multiple nightclubs in the Denver area. He is a protector, a mentor, and arguably the best valet I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He had four positive emails sent directly to our Lead Navigator, who shared them with the GM. The GM made it a point to call out the valet team in our stand-up meeting and gave us a round of applause. Eric is a big part of the success at my location, and I want to give him the praise he has earned.
