I am nominating Guillaume Bruno for Rock Star this month. Guillaume has been with the company for over 10 years. He is a dedicated, reliable employee who takes pride in his work. He is always on time, in full uniform, and ready to start his shift. Guillaume always has a smile on his face. He is a shuttle driver for one of our locations in Greenwich, and we have never received any complaints since he has been working there. The customers and the client love his willingness to go above and beyond for them. He stands outside of his shuttle in the morning at the train station just to say good morning to everyone who passes. He is always willing to cover at any location at any time of the day. He has done cashier, traffic control, office work, and valet. Every location that he’s worked at has the same comment at the end of his shift: “Can we keep him?” His attitude is so pleasant and welcoming that he makes every location that he works at a wonderful place to be.

We recently had an issue at a cashier location where the manager had a family emergency and needed to take off for a couple of days. Guillaume stepped right in. He learned the system and covered it without any issues. Our client from the location Guillaume is assigned to recently wrote me an email about him. Thanks to his hard work, we’ve been able to do a better job serving our customers and keeping up with the demands of the business.
