We have been growing like weeds, and Guy manages our 5 non-union hotels in the city. These sites are extremely hard to staff, as turnover of these associates is about 400%. Guy takes everything in stride, like getting calls at all times of the day to drop everything to rush to a property because a valet didn’t show up, or, better yet, walked off the job. On top of this, he single-handedly built our SharePoint sites that house every document our region uses/warehouses. He is one of the most organized people I know and keeps all of us on task. In his words, “If you can’t write it down, you don’t know what you are doing.” Thanks Guy, YOU ROCK!
