I am proud to nominate James for Leader of the Month. Recently celebrating his one-year anniversary, James has not only met but far exceeded our expectations in every area. As the manager of a brand-new location, his leadership has been instrumental in its success. One of the most remarkable achievements is his impressive staff retention rate—90% of the team he hired in the first month is still with us, a testament to his exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Despite managing a high-traffic, public environment, James has maintained an incredibly low incident rate, with only three claims over the past year. His attention to detail and proactive approach have kept both guests and employees safe, setting the standard for service excellence. In addition to leading at our current location, James also helped secure a new site, The Collector, where he now manages a second team. His staff speaks highly of him, consistently praising his leadership abilities, and it’s clear they look up to him as a role model. Equally impressive is his relationship with our clients, who have expressed nothing but appreciation for his dedication and outstanding service. Perhaps most impressive of all is the performance of Hyatt Place under his management. Despite being a new property with a new team, James has helped secure a remarkable 9.88 out of 10 rating from 2,028 valet surveys—a clear indicator of the consistently excellent service he and his team provide. James exemplifies what it means to be a leader, and we are fortunate to have him on our team. His dedication, ability to inspire those around him, and consistent delivery of top-tier service make him more than deserving of this recognition.
