I have been impressed with everything about Jess since the first time I met her at One Clinton Park. The locations she is responsible for in Westchester County are some of Propark’s most challenging from a risk and claims perspective. This includes many residential properties with very difficult residents (who drive very nice, expensive vehicles). Jess has continually demonstrated exceptional leadership by consistently improving her locations and teams, with a particular emphasis on risk, safety, and training. Her dedication to fostering a safe working environment has not only enhanced her team’s performance but also set a benchmark for others to follow. This is highlighted by Jess’s contributions to the recently launched Red Zone program. Jess has played an active role in the weekly Red Zone calls, often sharing her best practices and various training sessions to reduce risk and increase safety throughout our organization. Jess’s professionalism and expertise have been a source of inspiration, providing invaluable support and guidance to her peers. Jess’s commitment to excellence and her ability to uplift those around her make her the ideal candidate for Leader of the Month. Jess exemplifies the qualities of a true Propark leader, and I am confident she will continue to contribute significantly to our organization. While I am submitting this nomination, I am speaking on behalf of myself and Chris Gaile, as we both feel very strongly that she is more than deserving of this recognition.
