Jia has worked tirelessly to complete several major projects for the company. She has been instrumental in the PPP Loan forgiveness process, with projections, calculations, and audit preparation. This is an extremely important project for the organization that has been a tremendous amount of work and has high visibility from the exec team.

She developed and completed the PTEB Dashboard, Corporate Revenue & Expense and Regional Revenue, and Expense Dashboards. She also greatly enhanced the Cash and Treasury Dashboard. She created the Payroll Incentive Tracker and developed the process for the new quarterly incentive scorecards. Jia also worked to develop the back-end accounting process for Corporate and Regional Overhead Allocation on internal P&L’s and did the same thing with creating a new process for Workers Comp and Liability Insurance allocation making it look effortless. Finally, she recently jumped in and assisted on the CA EEO reporting for the payroll team where they may not have been able to make the reporting deadline without her help. She is also involved with and making significant contributions to several Company initiatives and Division initiatives. Jia embodies what it means to be a team player, which was shown through her collaboration with other depts on the SF Health Insurance and Workers Comp Insurance Audits. Jia is an invaluable member of the finance team and an incredible asset to Propark.
