He provided absolutely excellent customer service to every guest he saw. Even while being a relatively new employee he showed initiative of being a leader while training other valets. He set a great example of how to work for the other valets. Openly asked them for feedback and stepped up as a leader with any problem the other valets or customers had. He provided customer service so well that he was even saying hello and good morning to passerby’s walking down the street. He performed so well that even Uber drivers who were not parking with us gave him tips. john all around displayed excellent ability to lead and provide great service. He also received great feedback from the client when discussing his performance.
