Jonathan is one of our best team players in San Francisco. Not only does he have a great relationship with his supervisor at his home site, but he is also requested to be at other locations often by their supervisors and managers. To add specifics, Jonathan recently lost a day at his home location due to seniority and staffing levels dropping. He doesn’t skip a beat to accept needed shifts and will even cover a graveyard call-off last minute. Jonathan is not just a body to cover a shift; he will do so with a smile on his face and efficiency. This is why he is highly respected by other managers and supervisors. Without Jonathan, a few of our managers may have had to cover operational shifts more often throughout the city, especially myself! Jonathan is also a big reason why we receive positive reviews from Marriott Fisherman’s Wharf.
