Crain joined Propark Mobility in 2013 as a data scientist, quickly assuming leadership of the company’s software development efforts. Over the years, he has played a crucial role in shaping Propark’s technological ecosystem, including the growth of Cloudpark Technology. He has led the development of Cloudpark’s robust suite of services, including Lightning Pay, a proprietary mobile payment system, and Cloudpark Command, the company’s remote management service. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Technology, where he led the software engineering team in designing and implementing these cutting-edge solutions that have enhanced Propark’s service offerings. As Senior Vice President of Technology, Crain oversees Propark’s enterprise technology strategy, guiding the company’s digital transformation efforts and ensuring that its technology platforms continue to drive operational excellence.
