As a company, the number of responses to RFPs and proposals has grown over the past few years. At times, it can be overwhelming. Karin continues to be a force of nature when these arise, which always seem to be at once! She is an integral part of the process, ensuring that the field is kept on task, meeting deadlines, gathering information, and coordinating the final products. The field is busy, so this is not an easy accomplishment. Karin is the extra set of eyes when needed and the support that is vital to the entire process—a process crucial to the growth of Propark. This is in addition to her “day job” assisting all of PNY with a multitude of assignments. Most of the company probably has no idea how important Karin is to Propark, but they should. She should be rewarded for her dedication, professionalism, ability to keep a happy face in the most stressful of times, and for going above and beyond to get the job done. I truly hope you consider Karin as this month’s COE East Coast Rockstar recipient.
