Kim has been with Propark for just over 4 months, and I’m not sure how we could live without her. She covers all aspects of human resources for over 200 employees at OSU. This includes recruiting, hosting hiring events, continual onboarding, offboarding, employee discipline, managing employee requests, manager requests, and even client requests. Kim is the ultimate professional, and we are so very lucky to have her. In every way, Kim leads with compassion from a place of great knowledge of human resources and labor laws. Kim is indeed a Leader of EVERY month!

Since joining the Propark team, Kim has been nothing but a standout leader! She was thrown right into the whirlwind to onboard over 200 people just weeks after coming aboard the team. Since then, she has been working tirelessly to help with onboarding, recruiting, training, employee relations, and, most importantly, helping to develop the Propark culture that we all know and love! Her “can-do” attitude is second to none. On multiple occasions, she has come in at 4 AM to help with onboarding during large events and is willing to stay late when needed! She leads by example, and we are so lucky she decided to join our team. We would be lost without her!
