We received and email from the client that Leo made a remarkable impression to attention to detail and go above and beyond. He noticed one of the guest visiting the property that their vehicle key battery was low. He went ahead and changed the old battery with anew one to ensure she had it fully charged. he was so amazed on how he took the initiative to change the battery  without having to tell him. Leo has gone beyond expectations to provide a legendary experience with our residents on a daily basis. Here’s just one of the many times expectations have been overfilled.

Per our General manager:
Wow! Just wow. I know we talk about making a difference and are constantly looking for creative ways to fulfill our mission, but to actually see it performed in real life is absolutely inspiring!

I am so proud of our team. We found out that Leo was the valet who took the effort to provide this legendary living experience and Karen is the valet who he’s referring to below, who shared the great result with Mario. Great job TEAM!
