Linda consistently goes above and beyond in her role as a Regional HR Business Partner, demonstrating exceptional dedication, versatility, and initiative, and she is a valued asset to our team. Whether it’s managing high-volume workloads, providing direct support to the management team, or addressing the needs of employees, she approaches every task with enthusiasm and commitment. One of Linda’s most remarkable qualities is her ability to connect with the employees she supports and foster a strong, positive partnership with our West Coast teams. What truly sets Linda apart is her willingness to go the extra mile, no matter the circumstances or high workload she manages. Linda doesn’t hesitate to make herself available off-hours and even on weekends for time-sensitive matters, demonstrating her unwavering dedication to supporting our team and employees. She has shown incredible flexibility by being on-site for critical operational or employee relations matters, and large site openings, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Over the last few months, Linda has demonstrated her level of dedication; she provided onsite support for our Empire team during a highly anticipated audit, accompanied the PAW management teams on Employee Appreciation day to visit various locations to thank our Propark teams, and more recently was onsite at the Sawyer location opening in Sacramento for five days providing onboarding support. It is an honor and a privilege to work alongside Linda, and I am incredibly grateful for her commitment to our team.
