As Senior Vice President for the company’s mobility sector, Luis is  responsible for overall strategy, development, planning and implementation of Propark’s mobility offerings and partnerships.

His experience includes successfully implementing a suite of mobility  programs at multiple corporate campuses; including some of the largest fortune 500-1000 companies, universities, event centers, office complexes and healthcare environments. Helping clients across the  country manage mode split by introducing the benefits of comprehensive transportation demand management, parking management & enforcement, customized transportation programs,  micro-mobility and commuter programs to align with target goals while laying the infrastructure to flex over time.

Over 16 years of industry experience, with a proven track record of  increasing program adoption rate, profitability and service. Currently  oversees a diversified portfolio of our largest clients and continue to  focus on a pursuit to a more sustainable future through growth and  awareness.
