Yesterday, I had the pleasure of having Ma Cristina support our valet service for the VP/SVPs and family members at Susan’s Celebration of Life. Her customer service was nothing short of superb. She was ncredibly proactive, offering helpful suggestions and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone, despite the stressful circumstances. Several executives and attendees even commented on her exceptional support and professionalism. Every single day, Ma Cristina goes above and beyond to provide outstanding assistance and support to everyone. She consistently brightens my morning with her friendly smile, kind words, and impressive ability to remember names and details about people. She truly makes arriving at work feel special, and she is dearly missed whenever she’s not there. Ma Cristina is a true asset to the SBO campus, and I feel fortunate to have her assistance and positive energy every day when I arrive at work. Please extend my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to her for all that she does. As Googlers, we are not allowed to provide spot bonuses for the XWF workforce, but if there’s any way to do that through her vendor, I would really appreciate it
