Maya has been very instrumental in two recent transitions in the Midwest, Grange Insurance and Westin Hotel Cleveland, going above and beyond. We were transitioning the Westin Cleveland on July 1st, and, as our first hotel client in Cleveland, it is so very important to the growth of the area. After successful testing of the new Flash equipment leading up to the day, the morning of July 1st we ran into issues with the employee cards for the valets. We immediately called Maya at 10:00 AM EST, which was 7:00 AM PST. She immediately answered and began working on manually fixing 100 cards. She did this without question and on a holiday weekend made herself available to everything we needed to ensure that we were able to collect all revenues beginning at the 1:00 PM EST transition time. Our client was extremely happy with the transition and never knew there was any issues due to the quick work from Maya
