The coordinator for the Potomac Ski Club, Robin Jett, came in with a load of pastries and snacks for her group. Robin mentioned to Michael, Valet Manager, that she needed to find somewhere that could provide her with a gluten-free option as there were a handful of people in the group that were gluten intolerant. She said with how her events were scheduled that it would be impossible to get to a bakery before or after the events. Michael offered to pick up baked goods for her and jokingly offered to bake them his own recipe gluten-free banana bread. She was very interested in having Michael bake for her, so he made it a priority to provide her with baked goods the next day, including a list of ingredients to make her aware of any possible allergens. She tried offering to buy the bread, but Michael let her know that he wouldn’t accept payment. This positively impacted her experience. She was very thankful for Michael going above and beyond to provide her with something she was finding difficult to obtain. Like the group, we love Michael and his willingness to do whatever it takes to service our guests.
