Mike Bruno has been with Propark for over 10 years, and in that time, he has proven time and again to be an exceptional leader, positive influence, a kind, patient, and effective teacher and coach, and a resource to everyone in the company. His time, dedication, and diligence in IT for the past 10 years have shown what an asset he is and how critical he is to the success of Propark. More than that, he is proactive, innovative, and always anticipates needs. Even within IT, his commitment to Propark by leading on-site acquisition welcome events, providing support to new locations and new leaders, and all of the little things he does to assist everyone (from Execs to field employees) speaks to his character, his commitment, and his heart. Now, in his new role over Business Resources, he is in his sweet spot in filling in the gaps, bridging departments to streamline communication and create new efficiencies and processes, and is also leading the charge for our acquisitions in the transition process. Mike is a friend to everyone, he never wavers in his positivity and commitment, and he is the example of a good and effective leader. I feel privileged to be able to work with and for Mike, and I know I am not alone in that sentiment!
