Morning’s consistency in achieving zero findings in her audits speaks volumes about her commitment to excellence and her profound understanding of our regulatory requirements. Despite her extensive responsibilities, Morning consistently excels in all her duties. She is always available to assist wherever needed, ensuring the smooth operation of our team. During a critical period without an Assistant General Manager and while I was on vacation, Morning seamlessly took on additional responsibilities, maintaining operational efficiency and effectiveness. Morning’s proactive approach extends to her management of the hiring process through the UKG system, which she has mastered with remarkable
proficiency. She continues to go above and beyond, assisting in various facets of our operations, including dispatch and gate probing of buses. Her dedication was further exemplified when she assisted our maintenance team in preparing for the annual facilities audit, which we passed without any findings. Morning’s contributions are vital to our team in Perris, and her ability to consistently improve our processes and outcomes is truly inspiring. Morning Lee embodies the qualities of an outstanding leader, demonstrating how teamwork and continuous improvement can drive success.
