Oscar has been through a lot of personal challenges in the last 6 Months (Loss of a family member, Had to move due to his promotion as he was living in a income cap housing). Despite the up hill challenges Oscar has been volunteering to assist his local accounts with Staff, taskforce (St. Louis), and recently had supervisor promoted out of his location to Assistant Account Manager for Embassy Suites. While doing all of this he single handedly opened our first restaurant in the market beating client and Propark budget in both April and May. Oscar faces challenges head on, with an open mind, a big heart and a great smile.

Oscar has been nothing but outstanding not only for the account he is locating in but assisting other locations in Los Angeles despite being in the San Diego Market. He has trained a supervisor in Los Angeles and help him learn revenue, payroll, and scheduling. He is always raising his hand whenever there is a task that needs to get accomplished. Oscar has been assisting his local accounts with staffing, taskforce (St. Louis), and recently had supervisor promoted out of his location to Assistant Account Manager to Embassy Suites. While volunteering to help at other locations he still managed to surpass Propark budget in both May & April, and opened our very first restaurant operation in San Diego. Oscar is the perfect example as a leader that leads by example.
