Since Rafael was promoted to manage the ALTO Garage in Fairfield, he has only excelled and continues to do so. He is 100 percent dedicated to his job and the facility. Since he has taken this role, he has experienced a PARCS equipment nightmare as well as recently a change in ownership. Throughout it all he has stayed positive and always puts the operation and Propark first. He was extremely liked and respected by the first ownership group and he gained a great relationship with them. When the new ownership group/property manager took over he once again immediately impressed them with his dedication to the property, the parking operation and with his hands on approach to everything and anything. (attached is an email from the Property Manager to his Regional Manager about Rafael). He is willing to help the client with any task whether parking related or not. He is respected enough that he has been left by himself as the only representative of the property while the entire leasing office and property manager had a training out of state.

Most recently we had a theft case in the garage where Rafael was able to track 3 kids on camera who were checking every car in the garage and stealing personal items out of any that happened to be unlocked. Rafael filed a report with the police and provided evidence along with all the proper footage and pictures. The following day at 1:00am while Rafael was out of town with his family, he decided to log into the camera system and search the garage to see if he was lucky enough to catch the thieves in action again. While searching through each camera in the garage he caught them back on the property attempting the same act. He immediately called the Fairfield police and stayed on the line giving specific directions of where they were so it could be relayed to the patrol officers. With Rafael using all cameras throughout the facility he was able to give perfect directions leading the police directly to them. All 3 were caught and arrested. Needless to say, the client was extremely pleased with Rafael and his efforts.

The above example perfectly summarizes Rafael’s dedication and attention to detail, which he shows every day while working for Propark Mobility. Rafael is an absolute asset to Propark Mobility and in my opinion should win the Circle of Excellence Award for Leader of the Month. Thank you!
