Mr. Ray Francis is a gem! I am honored to have him part of the shuttle team at NYU Langone Health at our Long Island location. He has shown management that he fits the healthcare dynamic.
Mr. Francis was originally onboarded a couple of years back for our LIJ Shuttle operation in New Hyde Park. The LIJ contract was only set for 16-19 months, and, at the time of the location closure, we had no available opportunities in his area at the time until we were awarded the NYU Langone Shuttle account in Long Island. I have been nothing but pleased with his performance and dedication in his position and his willingness to assume greater responsibilities. If helped is needed with the coverage, he is there. If transporting shuttles is needed for new upcoming operations, he is there. If motivation is needed to hype up the team, he is the hype man. If I can clone Mr. Francis you will see him at all of our Shuttle accounts making a positive service impact for all of our customers.
Just when I thought I had seen it all from Ray, I received the an email and phone call from someone that wasn’t a customer of ours and made it his mission to get this message to me. Ray witnessed a hit and run, and, without hesitation, he immediately went to the aid of the vehicle that was hit. The victim was in complete shock, so he helped contact the police. Ray assisted and helped to the best of his ability while in shuttle rotation, but, any chance he received, he stopped to check in and ensure all was okay. The way Mr. Francis handled this situation as a natural is truly remarkable and the victim’s husband he stated to me on the phone, “in all my life I’ve never met a more genuine person, and I will never forget Ray nor Propark as long as I am alive. If I ever need parking, I am searching for Propark first without a doubt”. This was uplifting to hear after day two of the shuttle opening, and it was truly an honor to hear what a Rock Star Ray Francis was and all while representing Propark!!!! ROCK ON!!!!
