Rex is the epitome of what a true supervisor should be. As far as the operations go at the Marriott Fisherman’s Wharf, Rex is the face. He attends stand-ups and weekly resume reviews. He directly manages the schedule, handles all direct communications with clients, and also addresses any direct issues involving valet. All senior leadership, including Regionals, VP’s, and even up to the Executive VP, knows Rex as essentially the manager of this location. Tim Howard, our client, is always happy because of Rex’s daily efforts.
