Richard has been with us just over a year now. He is our account manager at 888 N. Douglas in El Segundo. The location itself has been quite a project as it has evolved from an empty building to moving in two prominent tenants, both L’Oreal and Beyond Meat (as their headquarters). Richard has navigated this process with professionalism and dedication. He is on top of all projects, including a Flash parking equipment installation that has brought on challenges, but he has navigated those challenges with determination and thoughtfulness. He never let’s anything go unaddressed or not brought to his leader’s attention when he needs assistance. He always considers what is best for both Propark, his employees and his client and ownership of the building. One example, we have had damages to our gates and ownership’s property. Richard investigates all incidents thoroughly and has recovered thousands of dollars for the client by charging back the damages of the property to the persons responsible. We are proud to have Richard on our team, he is a great asset to both Propark and our Client. He demonstrates his leadership by being flexible and adaptable to the client’s needs and has proven his value repeatedly to the client (and to Propark).
