Sabrina has many impressive management qualities – attention to detail, dedication, positive attitude, empathy – and it is because of these qualities that she has become such a reliable manager for all of the departments at Campus Parc. She constantly thinks beyond herself by celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, having staff sign cards for various occasions, offering condolences to those dealing with the loss of a loved one, etc.

She also volunteers to cover any shift – and that genuinely means ANY shift! She has taken it upon herself to train in other departments so that she can understand their work load and offer to help when needed. We recently had an employee suffer an injury that prevented her from coming to work. Sabrina was the first person to offer to cover the shift and complete her other duties as well. If she is responsible for something, you can be sure that she will get it done.

I cannot say enough good things about Sabrina. She is someone I really rely on to help keep our massive operation running at Ohio State!
