We are nominating Sean Mulryan for Leader of the Month as he has been ON FIRE with hiring since day one. Rudy (smartly) hired Sean to be his Midwest Regional Manager in mid-March of this year. Sean received his iCIMS credentials on March 29th and in the just over two months since then, Sean has had 17 different open jobs under his name that have had an accumulated 921 applicants that he has screened.

As most people will know, the recruiting market right now is very tough, and the cities that Sean is recruiting in (St. Louis and Columbus) are particularly so. Sean has shown exceptional leadership with his dedication to filling all of his open jobs.

For his front line positions, Sean has worked hard to fill them through direct hires, but when he has still had holes in his schedules, he has also been creative with other resources such as creating accounts and relationships with multiple gig-working sites, to ensure his teams have the coverage that they need to be successful. And for his management openings, Sean has been very thoughtful and strategic with promoting his current superstar team members and has also been very professional and supportive working through our panel interview processes and procedures.

We are sure that Sean has shown great leadership and support in all areas of his responsibility towards his team and his clients, but from our recruiting viewpoint, Sean has been a pleasure to work with and he is a true team player that is really stepping up and owning this very big task. Sean is a dedicated leader who is successfully climbing a very high recruiting mountain!
