When we were awarded the contract for Share Mobility, one name came to mind on who to lead this account and that was Teddy Shahebo. At the time, Teddy was our leader for Nationwide Children’s Hospital and Cover My Meds and he had already proven his leadership. When we notified to take over the contract, we had a very short runway to be ready for the transition. Teddy jumped in with both feet and never looked back. Teddy worked tirelessly with myself, Rudy Touvell, the client, and Adam Moriarty to quickly onboard 14 shuttle drivers and 16 shuttles. In the short time we have had the account, Teddy has repeatedly went above and beyond. One of the many examples was when our new fuel cards were inadvertently shipped to a wrong address, Teddy went and fueled the shuttles in the middle of the night so that his drivers would not have to worry or stress about anything the following morning while we waited for the cards to arrive. Teddy has done this while still driving 25 hours a week for Children’s Hospital while we searched for a new replacement driver. Teddy is always on top of recruiting, forecasting and ensuring his drivers at all 3 locations have what they need to be successful.
